Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ripe Mangoes
  • 400 milliliter Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Agar Agar Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 200 milliliter Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
  2. Blend the mangoes with coconut milk until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan, mix agar agar powder, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the mango-coconut mixture to the saucepan and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual molds or glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.
