Ingredients
  • 2 cup Ripe Mango
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoon Agar Agar
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the mangoes are soft.
  3. In a separate saucepan, dissolve the agar agar in water and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the agar agar mixture to the mango mixture and stir well.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Stir in the coconut milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls or molds.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
