Ingredients
  • 500 gram Mangoes
  • 4 piece Passion fruit
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Oats
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  3. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced mangoes, passion fruit pulp, and sugar.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, oats, butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  6. Spread the mango and passion fruit mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
