  • 500 gram Mango
  • 200 gram Silken tofu
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 leaves Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
  2. In a blender, combine the mangoes, silken tofu, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
