  • 15 ounces Canned Black Beans
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the canned mandarin oranges and black beans.
  2. Chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
