  • 2 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Raw Cane Sugar
  • 4 leaf Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine silken tofu, fresh strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into serving bowls.
  3. Sprinkle raw cane sugar evenly over the top of each bowl.
  4. Use a kitchen torch to brulee the sugar until caramelized.
  5. Let the brulee sit at room temperature for 1 hour to set.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
