Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
