  • 400 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Tamari Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 piece Spring Onion
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
  3. In a bowl, combine sesame oil, tamari sauce, brown rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
  4. Add the carrots to the marinade mixture and toss well to coat.
  5. Cover the bowl and let the carrots marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
