Ingredients
  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
