Ingredients
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 200 gram Mixed Vegetables
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Spring Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and spring onions.
  3. Add mushrooms, carrots, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
