Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dried apricots
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Stir in dried cranberries and dried apricots.
  7. Allow the granola to rest for 10 minutes before transferring it to an airtight container.
  8. Serve with yogurt or milk as a healthy breakfast or snack option.
