Ingredients
  • 400 gram Ground Chicken
  • 8 leaf Lettuce Leaves
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add carrots, cucumber, and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Take a lettuce leaf, spoon the chicken mixture onto it, and wrap it up.
  7. Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
