Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the cauliflower head using a grater or food processor.
  2. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated cauliflower.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the grated cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Take a spoonful of the cauliflower mixture and flatten it into a patty shape in the frying pan.
  6. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower mixture.
  8. Serve the low carb hash browns hot with your favorite toppings.
