  • 2 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 ounce Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
