Ingredients
  • 2 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the okara, whole wheat flour, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan, spreading it evenly on the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, fill the tart with fresh berries.
  7. Place the tart in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
