Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  3. Place the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the potatoes are partially cooked.
  4. Drain the potatoes and let them sit for a few minutes to dry.
  5. In a roasting pan, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
