  • 2 cup Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 4 slices Avocado
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Toast the bread slices.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and red onion slices on half of the bread slices.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  6. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
