Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Honey
  • enough for frying Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the warm water, mixing well until the batter is smooth and sticky.
  3. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a deep saucepan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning them occasionally.
  6. Remove the fried dough balls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
  8. Roll the fried dough balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
  9. Drizzle honey over the coated dough balls.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
