Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, red onion, dill, and garlic.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped tomato, red onion, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Cover the bowl and let the dip rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
