  • 2 cup Lima beans
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the lima beans in boiling water until tender. Drain and let cool.
