  • 2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the blender is running until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese. Pulse a few more times to incorporate.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
