Ingredients
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Carrot
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  3. Slice the green onions, cucumber, and carrot into thin strips.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sliced vegetables, and the sauce mixture. Toss until everything is well coated.
