Ingredients
  • 300 gram Chinese broccoli
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Wash the Chinese broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove the lid and add soy sauce, salt, and parsley. Stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
