Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ground Chicken
  • 8 leaf Lettuce Leaves
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Red Bell Pepper
  • 100 gram Water Chestnuts
  • 4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 4 stalks Green Onions
  • 50 gram Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger, saute for a minute.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add carrots, red bell pepper, and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in chopped green onions and peanuts.
  6. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
