Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lentils
  • 2 cup Pasta
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Rinse the lentils and cook them according to package instructions. Cook the pasta separately.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add the cooked lentils, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
