Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 50 gram Black olives
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes (halved), cucumber (diced), red onion (thinly sliced), black olives, and fresh parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
