Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.

Cut into triangles and dust with powdered sugar.
