  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
