Ingredients
  • 500 gram Onions
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the onions into wedges.
  3. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the onions and carrots with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
