Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  2. Add turmeric powder and sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add cooked rice, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
