Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Chana Dal
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger.
  2. Once the mustard seeds start crackling, add turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the rice and mix again.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
