Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, poppy seeds, lemon zest, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in dried cranberries and chopped almonds.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
  9. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
