Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
