Ingredients
  • 400 gram Baby Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby carrots and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the lemon glaze over the carrots and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
