  • 16 ounce Brussels sprouts
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 unit Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, minced garlic cloves, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts mixture onto a baking sheet and spread it out in a single layer.
