Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Rainbow chard
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the rainbow chard leaves.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add rainbow chard leaves and sauté for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the chard.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
