  • 16 ounce Baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
