Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass or a fork to create a crisscross pattern. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the lemon crisps cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
