  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
