Ingredients
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the rinsed rice to the saucepan and stir for a minute.
  4. Add vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
