  • 500 gram Yam
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the yam and cut it into long, thin fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the yam fries with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the yam fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
