  • 300 gram Leeks
  • 300 gram Parsnips
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the leeks and parsnips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
