  • 500 gram Leeks
  • 200 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 150 gram Feta Cheese
  • 100 gram Black Olives
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the leeks, then thinly slice them.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the leeks, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and black olives.
