Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions
  • 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the bulgur in a large bowl and cover with water. Let it soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Finely chop the parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
