Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in raisins and chopped walnuts.
  6. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
