Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Ground almonds
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rosewater
  • 1 teaspoon Orange blossom water
  • 0.25 cup Almonds (halved)
  • 0.25 cup Pistachios (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, ground almonds, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add in the vegetable oil, rosewater, and orange blossom water. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Press a halved almond or chopped pistachio on top of each ball.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack and let them cool completely. Enjoy!
