Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chicken Breast
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Bell Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add broccoli, bell pepper, and spinach. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it back to the pan.
  7. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
