Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  6. Stretch the dough to fit the baking sheet, creating a rectangular shape.
  7. Use your fingers to make dimples all over the dough.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Allow the focaccia to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
