  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
