Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried lavender
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried apricots
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried lavender.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries and dried apricots.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
